How do I start a discussion in the Technical Forum?
To submit start a new discussion, click the 'Start a Discussion' button at the top of the community page. (It is below the Technical Forum page title). This will provide a form. Once completed select 'Create' to post.
How do I reply to a discussion in the Technical Forum?
To join a discussion, click the title of the discussion to view the full thread; then click ‘Reply’.
How do I share a forum discussion with a colleague?
Click the title of the post to open the full thread. Chose a comment within the thread and click the ‘Send to a Friend’ button. This will open up a form that will allow you to input your colleague’s email address and a short note. Once submitted and email received, the recipient will be able to see the individual post in his/her email. The recipient will also receive a link to the entire thread; however, to view the entire thread, he/she will need to be a registered user of the site.
I am receiving too many community emails; how do I decrease frequency?
Adjust your email preferences in Manage Email Subscriptions. This button is linked at top of every community page.

Where do I find my Certificate for the completion of a test?
Your certificate for completed tests/courses is located in the My Learning section of the site under the Completed Activities tab. Within this tab, find the course/test title; a link to your certificate is under the title.
I need a full transcript showing all the education hours I have earned. Where can I find this?
Your transcript showing all credit hours earned for completed courses/tests is located in the My Learning section of the site under the Completed Activities tab. Within this tab, there is a link to your transcript at the top left corner, above list of completed activities.
